Jembjo’s prides itself on our ability to provide a cosy, chic, ‘home from home’ backpacker/lodge
that is ideally situated in the heart of Knysna. We promote a sociable, safe environment for our
guests to interact and meet new people..
Jembjo’s is strolling distance to local amenities, such as The Waterfront, Thesen Harbour, the
bustling CBD., art galleries and museums, while Leisure Isle and The famous Knysna Heads
are a little further afield.
We offer a variety of accommodation to suit every pocket from Dorm beds in our 10 bed
Dormitory room, Standard 1-4 sleeper private rooms and deluxe private en-suite rooms. Our
beds have full bed linen with towels provided in the private rooms. Our rooms are equipped with
extra blankets heaters/fans and lockable cupboards for valuables.
All our guests have access to a free ‘basic’ breakfast each morning, while tea/coffee is available
throughout the day. Jembjo’s has a fully equipped self-catering kitchen and braai/BBQ area. We
offer free wi-fi throughout the establishment and have a  DSTV package in our
communal lounge.
Our reception staff have a wide range of knowledge about the local area and will happily
arrange/book activities and direct guests to the many bars, restaurants and entertainment
venues.
